If you’re concerned that Subconscious Reprogramming is another form of meditation, I assure you it’s nothing like meditation. You don’t have to be quiet or do any deep breathing either. It all works automatically without having to force yourself to make time for it daily.

It finds what your present situation has in common with your past memories and sends you that info in the form of a thought or a feeling. We function 95% subconsciously every day. For example: If you get upset at your boss… it will always send you that feeling of being upset or angry when he or she is near.
The subconscious mind is your creation. It’s all your life beliefs, memories, experiences, how you interpret them, how they impact you, how you feel about them…. That is why it’s so easy to change and re-create it, because it is what you created. Subconscious mind doesn't evaluate whether something is true or not, it just sends you the information. These beliefs, experiences, memories then determine your behaviour and habits.

NO. It wants to provide you with information it has stored and it takes everything literally. It does not differentiate between negative and positive.
